Terms of service

Modern Wellness Reception Mail supports administrative call intake and receptionist follow-up for Modern Wellness. The service is operated by Risk Free Reception for the clinic.

Intended use

The service prepares call notes and sends them to an authorized clinic reception mailbox. Only people authorized by the clinic or operator may access the service, configure it, or use its dashboard and server tools. Users must protect their account credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Not medical or emergency care

The AI receptionist and its call notes provide administrative support only. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency response. A caller with an emergency should contact local emergency services.

Availability and human review

Call processing, AI-generated notes, email delivery, and third-party services can be delayed or unavailable. Notes can be incomplete or inaccurate. Clinic staff are responsible for reviewing messages and deciding what action to take.

Privacy and third-party services

Use of the service is also subject to the Privacy Policy. Vapi, Google, and hosting providers process information as described there and under their own applicable terms.
